ASSISTANCE WITH ROUTINE AND EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE OF LV AND MV SWITCHBOARDS AND HV ELECTRICAL SUBSTATIONS
Azur Energia provides assistance with routine and extraordinary maintenance operations on LV and MV switchboards and HV electrical substations.
A visual and instrumental inspection of the various elements is carried out:
Connections
- Checking MV/LV external connections and HV/MV external connections
- Checking bolt tightness (MV electrical connections, structural connections)
- Verification of insulator condition with detection of any traces of discharge or cracks
- Checking the integrity of auxiliary circuit cabinets
- Verification of auxiliary circuits on board the transformer
- Visual inspection of the paint layer
- Verification of MV protections
Insulating (Oil)
- Level check in the conservator
- Level check in the Buchholz relay
- Level check on accessible parts of HV and MV insulators
- Sample collection and analysis
- Reporting of any leaks
Temperature control
- Check the operation of the heater and the presence of condensation in the control panel.
- Check the correct positioning of the alarm and block thermometers for high transformer temperature and thermal imaging.
- Check the hygroscopic salts in the dryer and replace if necessary.
- Check the operation of the fans.
- Check the condition of the radiators and clean them if necessary.
Furthermore:
- During operation, we check for abnormal noises and/or vibrations.
- We check for any accumulation of dust and/or dirt on the cooling system.
