FAULT FINDING – OTHER TESTS

Azur Energia specializes in troubleshooting low and medium voltage cable ducts, up to 60kV in insulation tests for new cables to be tested up to 42kV.

Aware of the problems caused by this type of fault, we are able to manage logistics effectively, greatly reducing response times throughout the country.

Azur Energia is able to:

  • Perform fault location activities using ecometric methods and precisely identify damaged points using acoustic methods.
  • Test LV and MV cables both after installation (during commissioning) and following repairs, to be performed in DC or at a variable frequency from 0.01 Hz to 0.1 Hz.
  • We assess the condition of the connections tested on request and are available to repair faults using joints and insulation tests, including excavation and backfilling services.
