INTERFACE PROTECTION VERIFICATIONS

On 22 December 2016, the AEEG published Resolution 786/2016/R/EEL; this new regulation governs the periodic verifications, which are due every five years, of interface protection systems for plants with a power output greater than 11.08 kWp.
Azur Energia carries out field, first installation and periodic verifications on interface relays installed on LOW-VOLTAGE power generation plants complying with CEI 0-21, MEDIUM-VOLTAGE plants complying with CEI 0-16 and general interface protections (SPG) with relay test box.

METERING SYSTEMS SUPPORT

Remotely

Azur Energia has the equipment and know-how to perform remote checks on all brands of electricity meters approved by distributors. Via GSM or Ethernet connection, we can download data stored by the meter, verify harmonics analysis and phase balancing.

On site

Azur Energia offers support on site for all types of electrical metering systems throughout Italy for problems related to the meter, to the communication system and to the transformers. Thanks to the know-how acquired over 50 years of experience, we are able to assess the problem and suggest a solution that meets the Customer’s needs and complies with regulatory obligations.

INSULATION TESTS AND TROUBLESHOOTING ON HV/MV CABLE DUCTS

Azur Energia specialises in insulation tests with variable voltage at 0.1 HZ in accordance with Standards CEI 11/17 ed. III July 2006 and according to the “Guide for connections to the mains” by Enel Distribuzione Ed. 4.0 March 2014. The test consists in feeding, with a suitable High-Voltage Generator managed by a microprocessor, an alternating voltage at low frequency VLF 0, 1Hz with times and voltage value in effective KV imposed by the Standard according to the type and condition of the cable.

Azur Energia carries out troubleshooting services on cable ducts up to 60kV. Aware of the problems caused by these types of faults, we are able to effectively manage logistics by significantly reducing intervention times throughout Italy. We are able to carry out troubleshooting services using ecometric methods and precisely locate damaged points with acoustic methods; we are also able to test both cables and joints after repairs.

EARTHING VERIFICATIONS

Azur Energia is able to carry out verifications on earthing systems for Photovoltaic Plants and Condominiums, not covered by Italian Presidential Decree 462/01, and offers those covered by Decree 462/01, in close collaboration with a trusted inspection body operating throughout Italy.
Earthing verifications on photovoltaic fields and condominiums are not covered by Italian Presidential Decree 462/01 since Article 11 of Ministerial Decree of 12 September 1959 has not been formally repealed and this view is clarified by Guide CEI 0-14:2005.
